Liquid refrigeration storage tanks are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for low-temperature precipitation, drug separation, and refrigeration.
Product Features
1. The refrigeration storage tank mainly consists of a tank body, insulation layer, mixing system, and electrical control. The refrigeration part consists of a compressor, evaporator, expansion valve, accumulator, filter, energy conversion coil, etc
2. This tank body adopts a jacket type energy conversion structure, which has a large energy conversion area, high energy conversion performance, and is easy to clean inside the tank. The upper head is a double-layer structure, and the connection method is a welded structure;
3. The upper part of the refrigerated tank adopts an elliptical head stamped with a mold, and the lower part adopts a conical head stamped with a mold. All corners are rounded transitions, and the interior is mechanically polished with a smoothness of Ra value not exceeding 3.2um
4. The refrigerated tank is equipped with a mixing slurry, which allows the liquid in the tank to cool down faster and the temperature to be more uniform
5. The dedicated refrigeration and temperature control system makes the operation of the refrigeration tank more reliable, while protecting the compressor unit.
